This beach house duplex has two recently redecorated units. The upper unit has one bathroom, an eat in kitchen with a deck; two lovely bedrooms (QMBR & two twins) and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Unit has a large sun-drenched living room with queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair, picture windows, cable TV, VCR, DVD, dishwasher, internet, washer and dryer. Large, private deck with a southern exposure for dining and sunbathing. Includes two chaises, 4 loaned beach badges, outdoor dining table, four chairs, and propane grill. There are three wall air conditioning units.

Spur of the moment decision for a weekend getaway with hubby. Couldn't have been happier! We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment . Very clean and bright. Awesome location to beach and town. Owner was extremely helpful and even checked in by text to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be making a return trip!

We stayed in the upper unit for a week stay! This is our second time back to this rental and the location is great and the summer home is great for a week stay. The home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The sand project from the storm damage of Sandy put a little bit of a hindrance on the beach time; however we enjoyed our sunning time sitting on the beautiful deck. John is very helpful with any questions you may have and a pleasure to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental summer home.

This Agreement and the tenancy hereby granted may be terminated at any time by either party hereto by giving the other party not less than one full month’s prior notice in writing, provided that, (a) if Lessor is the terminating party, all monies deposited up to the termination date shall be returned to Lessee and (b) if Lessee is the terminating party, without the approval of Lessor, all deposit monies will be non-refundable unless Lessor finds a replacement Lessee, in which case Lessor shall refund deposit money to original Lessee to the extent the replacement Lessee terms are not less than the original Lessee terms less a 10% cancellation fee or $150, whichever is higher. In the event the property is not re-rented, lessee is responsible to pay balance due as per original terms of agreement.

A booking requires a 50% payment with reservation due within 7 calendar days. If we do not receive your payment during this time, you risk losing your reservation. We may make exceptions to the required 50% payment for guests that are booking multiple units &/or weeks.
A damage/cleaning deposit is due 45 days before check in. This is returned within 7 days after checking out. Please send a separate check for this deposit.
If the property requires cleaning in addition to changeover cleaning, that fee will be deducted from the deposit. Any item(s) damaged by the lessee or their guests shall be replaced or repaired with like kind quality and lessee shall pay the worth of the item(s) to the lessor.
